The Middle Office Services Client Facing Team is the sole point of client contact for all aspects of Operations/Middle Office for clients subscribed to Middle Office Services product offering This role is responsible for dealing with all escalated client inquiries, serving as lead SME to the client and ensuring all Middle Office/operational functions and deliverables to the client are met with a high standard by internal global teams within agreed upon SLAs. Operational functions include, but are not limited to, Trade Capture, Exception Management, Prime Broker Export Instruction, Cash and Position Reconciliations, PB break resolution, Street break resolution, PB Margin, OTC/CCP Collateral, OTC Settlements, OTC Confirms, Bank Loans, Wires and Client Reporting.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Act as a single point of contact for a set number of clients providing high level subject matter expertise & resolution on inquiries
Manage the day to day efforts as related to the delivery of all functions to the client
Ability to dynamically identify areas of opportunity across the Global operational team processes and effect change to optimize through put while minimizing operating costs.
Establish and maintain close working relationships with members of the client’s organization reinforced by recurring client meetings both in-person and via conference.
Ability to partner with members of Internal Global teams to manage the day to day delivery while enhancing client experience.
Partnering with the client service team to provide holistically coordinated communications with the client and manage client change where beneficial.
Experience of working in Hedge Fund Admin, Prime Brokerage or a Broker Dealer Middle Office preferred
Client facing experience, comfortable with all aspects of dealings with client facing
Self Starter with quick learning ability possessing strong verbal and written skills and strong ability to build professional relationships with partners internal and external.
Strong MS office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Strong verbal, written and communication skills with the ability to present effectively and communicate strategic direction.
Strong relationship management with ability to partner with client and internal members and influence change.
Proactive thinker able to assess and optimize current Global processes in light of client needs.
Business and Subject Matter Expertise
Deep knowledge of financial products and markets with Front to Back office understanding of business lifecycle.
Ability to identify, define and drive strategy towards best in class competitive offering amongst peers.
