ACorrespondence Specialist will:
Communicateand respond to internal and external clients, keeping within establishedguidelines for both quality and productivity.
Writeform letters and custom letters relating to general customer accountinformation and procedures.
Mayreview written letters for quality and accuracy.
Performnecessary research regarding account problems, and make outbound phonecalls as needed.
Researchand respond to requests, work with internal and external clients,including representatives in the call center, in Service Support, and inbroker offices and banking centers.
Foldoutgoing letters, with careful attention to the specific enclosures foreach letter.
Learnand adhere to established policies, procedures and legal requirements,communicating sensitive issues to senior personnel and management.
Mayassist in training newer team members.
Workon special projects as assigned.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Excellentcommunication skills, both verbal and written
Analytical,problem-solving and follow-through skills
Experienceworking as part of a team, meeting both individual and team goals
Generalunderstanding of the mutual fund industry
Demonstratedaptitude for writing in a professional environment
Series6 and 63 licenses or willingness to obtain these licenses
