The CAO & Technology Training team provides training solutions for the Chief Administrative Office and Global Technology, including CIB, Asset Management and Commercial Banking. This team also manages our technology, operations and corporate analyst development programs.
This role will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of global training programs supporting new hires and existing employees within Operations & Technology across JPMC. The individual will work with the Global Program Manager to support the successful delivery of training programs.
Develops, presents and maintains, project plans, evaluation summaries and other relevant KPI materials and reports.
Develops, defines, and executes project plans that address scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Manages and mitigates project risks, issues, problems
Coordinates activities and tasks among program team and other internal groups as needed to meet goals and ensure delivery of programs, which are on time, within budget and of high quality.
Responsible for key logistics, such as venue coordination, vendor management processes, and deploying relevant training communications.
It is essential to the role that the individual is able to effectively collaborate with a team of global training professionals including learning partners and shared services teams i.e. e-learning, PMO, training delivery and training administration.
Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience in the development and delivery of training programs.
Experience supporting the needs of a global program and managing multiple projects concurrently.
