The Firmwide Campus Recruiting function is responsible for finding the best talent to for our organization and work globally and across lines of business and with all campus recruiting partners to help execute the Firmwide Campus Recruiting mission and objectives. This individual will help bring the future state campus strategy to fruition via existing work streams, build globally consistent action plans to execute firmwide business management activities, and drive communication strategy to key firmwide stakeholders.

The Business Manager would support the Firmwide Campus Recruiting organization partnering with Global Experience Business Management team, University Relations Director, and global Campus Recruiting Directors to gain global firmwide exposure across all lines of business.


  • Partner with the Campus Ops Leads on all areas of financial management, including planning, forecasting and reporting; headcount planning and tracking; and expense monitoring

  • Liaise with Finance on the financials, headcount, location strategy and ensuring all required deliverables are provided and preparing and presenting the function’s business case as required

  • Work with global team to understand our current strategy and identify opportunities for alignment and broadening relationships.

  • Facilitate bi-weekly Campus Recruiting Leadership Meeting, including agenda and material creation and distribution, meeting facilitation, and providing succinct open items to drive accountability.

  • Assist with the bi-weekly Ops Leads meeting

  • Manage follow ups and deliverables from Campus strategy sessions.

  • Lead people initiatives including communications, establishing sustainable recognition and engagement programs and coordinating skip-levels


  • 1-3 years of business management experience

  • 1-3 years HR experience, with campus recruiting knowledge and understanding of recruiting work-flows and processes preferred

  • Able to organize, prioritize, and drive efforts across cross-LOB teams

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize both day-to-day activities and longer-term projects

  • Ability to work through decision making with key stakeholders in recruiting, technology, compliance and HR partners; excellent execution skills

  • Ability to communicate to senior stakeholders with confidence

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Proven ability to work under pressure within an environment of rapidly changing priorities

  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal

  • Ability to synthesize messages to target audiences

  • Strong PowerPoint/ PitchPro, Excel and Word skills

  • Self-starter with the ability to think creatively
