JPMorgan Chase Identity & Access Application Support Analyst in Columbus, Ohio
Global Identity & Access Management provides identity and access management solutions for the firm's infrastructure and applications. The team ensures that appropriate access controls are in place and applied effectively and continuously.
As an Applications Support Analyst you will perform an operations support role for our suite of applications. The analyst works as part of a team to provide configuration and setup support for the Global Identity & Access Management (GI&AM) tool suite. The successful candidate will be passionate about service, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, have an interest in technology, and will use communication and relationship management skills to ensure absolute user satisfaction with the services provided.
Configuring SailPoint IIQ as part of the application onboarding and implementation process
Delivering high quality service to our user community
Ensuring the accurate and timely escalation and resolution of all inquiries
Participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases for defect fixes, enhancements, and other strategic initiatives.
Working with the business, technology, and operations to manage competing priorities
Liaising with Technology project managers/business analysts on assigned topics to understand technology, conduct knowledge transfer sessions, and ensure team knowledge is current
Creating/updating knowledge documents and reviewing with team Root cause analysis, management communication and client relationship management in partnership with Infrastructure Service Support team members
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
4+ years of experience with SailPoint IIQ configuration / application onboarding and implementation or similar I&AM products
Minimum 2+ years of applications production support or application development work experience
SQL query experience is preferred
Collaborates extremely well with cross-functional partners, including Technologies, Implementations and Relationship Management
