The Senior Operations Associate supports CWM Supervision by reviewing various client-related documents including information related to 401k rollovers, required for account opening and account transfer purposes. Through use of a user tool application, the Senior Operations Associate will conduct data entry based on the client documents provided.
Primary responsibilities include:
Analyze client-related documents to ensure the request to transfer assets to a CWM client account is consistent with Firm policies and regulatory standards
Periodic distribution of reports to confirm appropriate reviews of client documents are being conducted according to Firm policy
Project work and additional tasks as assigned by Supervision Management
Strong interpersonal, verbal, & written communication skills
Good organization skills & attention to detail
Good research, analytical and problem solving skills
Computer/navigational skills (Microsoft Office)
At least three years of experience in the securities/investment industry preferred
Retail brokerage experience strongly preferred
Proven ability to work in a dynamic team environment
Desire to obtain securities licenses
