JPMorgan Chase TS Sales Associate - Cash Management/Dealer Commercial Services - Columbus, Chicago, Denver or Phoenix in Columbus, Ohio

The Chase Auto Finance Dealer Commercial Services (DCS) Cash Management team, a newly formed vertical in Business Banking, serves the cash flow needs of franchised automotive dealers across the US. This team will also support the cash management needs of the dealers within our Private Label captive programs (Jaguar, Land Rover, Maserati, Mazda and Subaru). The target automotive dealers have annual revenues from $5 million to over $1+ billion and will have varying degrees of cash management needs.

The TS Sales Associate is responsible for partnering with the Cash Management Consultant (CMC) / Cash Management Solutions Officer (CMSO) in identifying, proposing and delivering appropriate, but sometimes complex Cash Management products and solutions to customers and prospects. The TS Sales Associate plays a key role in the field organization and at times will take a leading role in supporting customer and prospect cash management needs. The TS Sales Associate also supports the CMC/CMSO to allow for client/prospect business development, partners with the BRM teams for guidance and communications and ensures documentation protocols are followed.

Principle Duties:

  • Partner with the DCS CM Manager, DCS CMC and the DCS Banker to complete and facilitate complex pricing, proposals and implementations that require frequent internal and external meetings for multi-location, multi-state, multi-product and/or technical solutions for clients and prospects.

  • At times, responsible for independently identifying, proposing and delivering appropriate Cash Management products and solutions to DCS customers and prospects.

  • Coordinates complex implementations across all products confidently and accurately with clients and prospects with revenue sizes ranging from $5MM to $1+ Billion. Must be comfortable working with all job levels within a company primarily treasurers, controllers, CFOs and CEOs.

  • Ensures proactive communication of customer expectations to manage timelines and deliverables while partnering internally and externally to successfully implement Cash Management services.

  • Manages or participates in internal projects related to process improvement, system implementations, product marketing/development, and product education. These projects are aligned to key business initiatives and require partnering with cross functional teams and senior managers for guidance, communication, and to ensure compliance to regulatory and organizational guidelines.

  • Prepares pre-call planning materials, pricing, checklists and client facing proposals to support business development.

  • Owns Cash Management Business processes. Ensures processes are followed consistently and retain supporting materials appropriately. (i.e.: Exception Pricing Process, RCSA processes, pipeline management, etc.).

  • Builds collaborative internal relationships to develop and foster partnerships with DCS CMCs /Bankers/Implementations/Product and other key resources.

  • Participates in partner meetings and communicates key Cash Management messages timely and accurately.

  • Protects the firm by applying sound risk management protocols and complying with regulatory requirements adhering to all risk and authorities matrixes, RCSA processes and AML/KYC requirements. Takes ownership of escalated Cash Management client issues and leverages the appropriate resources to champion results.

  • 3+ years of experience in Cash Management Marketing or related business experience

  • Expert knowledge of Cash Management products/solutions, implementations, customer on-boarding, knowledge of Deal Manager, Customer Assist, IDM, Salesforce, and other internal systems

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field required.

  • Certified Treasury Professional certified or has ability to obtain certification
