The Fraud Department is a customer centric organization with a focus on high quality interactions and service. Additionally we focus on avoiding fraud losses, recovering funds, and various support functions.

Responsibilities of the Team Leader include, but are not limited to leading their team through; consistent coaching and, ensuring employee development, maintaining/ increasing both customer and employee satisfaction, managing performance metrics and meeting business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to balance employee satisfaction and motivation with business objectives, including customer satisfaction. The individual will be proactive at meeting the needs of the team, participate in projects, serve as mentor to staff and peers and contribute to a changing and collaborative culture. The ideal candidate is organized, welcomes change and possess strong leadership skills.

The Fraud Recovery Team Leader will lead a staff of 16+ Service Specialists.


  • 1 year Team Leader/Supervisor or relevant leadership experience

  • 1 year experience within a high volume, constant interaction, customer contact environment

  • Experience in performing quality assurance reviews for staff

  • Proven ability to train, coach and motivate employees

  • Proven ability to evaluate employee performance

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Motivated, self-starter and willingness to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Commitment to and demonstration of the Chase 5 Keys

  • PC skills to include proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint and Outlook preferred

  • Willing and able to adjust work schedule to accommodate business needs

  • Must be proactive in the development of people, performance, and processes
