Global Technology Infrastructure Service Delivery (GTI) is the technology infrastructure organization for JPMorgan Chase, partnering with all lines of business to deliver a wide range of high-quality products and services.
As a Dev-Ops Service Delivery Specialist, you will join a highly skilled, dynamic, global team of senior developers and architects and have exposure to all aspects of the product/project delivery lifecycle. Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of delivering high quality solutions and support as well as having a passion for continuous improvement and investigating new ways of working.
L2/L3 type support Application Release and operational support
Perform AIM Director new release deployments
Assisting users with on-boarding and training
Pair programming with team members to build high-quality solutions
Working within a KANBAN Agile Methodology framework
Infrastructure troubleshooting and support
5+ years experience Supporting, Administering, Managing, Patching, Upgrading and/or Usage (ALM, UFT, QTP, LFT) of HP tools
Experience with L2 / L3 Support functions
This is not a "testing" position
Experience with developing / supporting automation using Selenium / Selenium Grid
Experience with test management using Zephyr, Usage and support nice to have
Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle experience.
Familiar with Quality Automation strategies & technologies.
Hands-on experience in designing and building of large-scale and complex enterprise systems.
Strong knowledge of Application Testing Lifecycle, Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD).
Ability to train/mentor others in technical concepts
Ability to communicate objective fact based project status via consistent metrics
Creative thinking ability.
University degree, specialized training or equivalent work experience
