JPMorgan Chase Application Integration Architect - Data Protection in Jersey City, New Jersey
We are seeking an Application Integration Architect with strong Data Protection experience to work across Cybersecurity and the various Business Information Security Officer organizations in JPMC to define, prototype and drive adoption of well documented and understood Java, .NET and python patterns to enforce required protections as part of the data protection program.

Integrate a multi-vendor environment to work off a homogenous infrastructure?
Develop automation patterns to increase triage and response times for Fraud prevention and cyber incidents protecting hundreds of millions of customers?
Drive deep integration of the Data Protection strategies data labeling, classification & control requirements into target state Java, .NET and python applications
Design, document & build implementation patterns for common core functions, including data classification, identification, encryption and entitlement models
Assess, critique, improve and evangelize strategic control implementations from Cyber security and partner groups in Global Technology & controls functions
Partner with Cyber solutions incubation, vendors, engineering & line of business product development teams to deliver working prototypes through production products
Integrate multiple security solutions and patterns to present a cohesive and overlapping security systems that protects data from intentional and accidental loss
Demonstrated experience in architecture and solution delivery for information security.
Progressive experience in designing & developing foundational application components, core infrastructures and critical customer facing system development
Demonstrable experience of strong Java, .NET or python delivery of critical application frameworks
Demonstrable experience developing and delivering one or more core data protection technologies to include:
Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
Encryption & Tokenization - Application, Database, and File level
Privileged access management and monitoring
Demonstrated ability to investigate and learn new technologies and products
Active professional security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CISM, SANS…), open source project contribution or other continuous learning examples in the software development and security spheres
Possess a strong technology background with the ability to challenge or validate technology decisions from a position of knowledge and experience
Possess the ability to rapidly assimilate business strategies, coupled with the insight to seize high impact opportunities by applying creative problem solving solutions
Experience of working in a matrixed organization, achieving goals through partnership and collaboration

The Cybersecurity organization’s objective is to ensure that JPMC is able to effectively detect, prevent, and respond to cyber threats against our technology infrastructure. The scope of Cybersecurity comprises detection and monitoring of threats and vulnerabilities, managing security incidents, and evolving our preventive infrastructure to keep ahead of the threat. We accomplish this through strong information security leadership and active collaboration with line of business information risk managers to provide high quality security solutions and services that are focused on improving the Firm's risk posture.
The Cybersecurity Enterprise Architecture Team translates security requirements into system qualities (e.g., tenets) and then into repeatable design strategies and patterns. The Team designs architectural models of solutions and describes how those solutions integrate into the broader technical infrastructure of the firm. In partnership with development teams, the Cybersecurity Enterprise Architecture Team drives architecture patterns, standards and best practices into delivered solutions.
