• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a major financial services organization, or consulting practices with large-scale data or project management and oversight experience

Core Components & Architecture is responsible for the design, build out, and implementation of core data golden sources in Asset Management; aligning business priorities with technology solutions; providing high quality, reliable data, with clear definitions and ownership, and enabling timely responses to business and regulatory requests with lower cost and higher efficiency.

• Successful candidate will serve as Business Analyst and focus on business requirements in order to enhance the Asset Management product hierarchy structure which will be leveraged across business and client reporting – resulting in a strategic and uniform platform.

• The program includes efforts to standardize AM’s product suite globally, adopt a standard service-based framework, standard data definitions, and defined data quality criteria.

• As the Product platform continues build out is one of Asset Management’s 2017 strategic initiatives, it will receive a lot of attention from the company’s senior management. Business Analyst role involves:

• Analysis of product data domain across Asset Management: understanding business processes, user and technical flows, identify pain points and helping the Product Owner and Lead Design Authority to design technical solutions.

• Collaboration with business, Chief Data Office, compliance, operations, and technology teams to document product data related business requirements globally across the enterprise for Global Investment Management.

• Driving the end-to-end technology implementation from translating business requirements into user stories/feature files, creating wireframes, mockups, designing test cases, and executing on implementation plans.

Requirements:
