Global Security Technology (GST) within Corporate Technology (CT) provides strategic application development and production support to the firm-wide Global Security & Investigations. This organization is responsible for all aspects of security including physical access, fraud, pre-employment processing, aviation, resilience, crisis management and other related areas. The team will develop technology solution to maintain firm’s resiliency data, manage recovery strategy for business & technology processes, crisis management, real-time reporting and monitor metrics.

We are currently seeking a seasoned Scrum Master and Project Execution Lead to drive programs on our expanding team. Selected individual will be an integral in driving firm-wide initiative forward - modernizing technology delivery through “T-shaped” (multi-skilled) workforce, bringing cloud-minded design, Agile practices, tool standardization and automated delivery to our Enterprise Technology organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects and ensuring project delivery is on time, on budget, on scope and within quality constraints. You will be responsible for project execution, interaction with, and managing the Line of Business relationships. The candidate must be able to demonstrate an extensive and successful history in effectively managing large complex projects within a large firm similar in size and scope to JPMorgan.

This includes demonstration of the following skills across multiple simultaneous projects:

  • Maintaining JIRA boards and dashborads.

  • Running daily scrum meetings and grooming sessions.

  • Creation and submission of business case to obtain project financial approval

  • Tracking and variance reporting of project costs

  • Creationof detailed project charter that clearly defines project goals andobjectives, governance structure, and all roles and responsibilities

  • Creation of project plans with defined milestones that identify the project critical path

  • Identification of project and development of project schedule, resources and/or identification of scheduling conflicts

  • Proactive management of resource load, work breakdown structures, issue/risk tracking and resolution, and project execution

  • Ensurechange control processes are in place and adhered to, managing anddocumenting changes to project scope and impact to plan

  • Communicate with all levels of management and staff relating to project status, issues, and risks

  • Analyze project risks, costs, and benefits and make relevant recommendations to steering committee and senior management.

  • Functionas an escalation point to keep all parties aware of overall projectimpact, facilitating management decisions at the earliest possible time

  • Adherence to standard project execution practices with strong knowledge of the PLC processes

  • Bachelor's degree in related technical field

  • Minimum8 years of Development and IT Project Management Scrum Masterexperience required (managing projects of $2 - $5 million or less) with aproven track record in managing large scale projects across multiplefunctional areas

  • Ability to coordinate projects with an assertive, consultative, style

  • Proven experience in creating efficiencies that heavily contribute to multiple projects

  • Experience with projects in multiple technologies, functions and/or industries

  • Must be flexible and able to work in deadline driven, fast paced environment

  • Experience managing geographically distributed and culturally diverse work-groups

  • Knowledge of outsourcing methodologies and operating models

  • Strong oral and written communication skills with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels within the organization

  • Ability to developpresentation materials and deliver presentations to different audiencesand levels of management in an effective manner

  • Direct experience orexposure to working with Global Security Applications and experiencewith application development processes and development techniques a plus

  • Strong analytic and troubleshooting skills

  • Proficient using , PC, MS Office, Clarity, JIRA
