Role Description

The role will support a team of Senior HR Business Partners to identify and develop solutions based on business priorities and organizational analysis. Responsibilities will include:

· Drive all people practices for the assigned client group(s) including talent management (succession planning, mobility, high potential and leadership development), performance management, organizational strategy and structure, compensation, diversity, and employee engagement and retention.

· Contribute to the development of and support the execution of people strategy and goals for the broader organization

· Conduct analysis and reporting of key metrics and prepare executive management presentations

· Data Management and Tracking including Performance management, Expatriate assignments, Leavers and Joiners, Attrition and other key metrics

· Partner with HR colleagues including Recruitment, Learning and Development and Compensation teams to develop and implement specific HR programs including: talent and performance management, employee mobility and career development, diversity initiatives, compensation, training & development

· Partner with HR Corporate Relocation Team, Expat Team, HR Advice Direct, AccessHR

· Interact with and coach managers on employee relations, staffing, compensation, development, organizational and change management issues

· Act as an employee advocate to ensure that employees and managers are able to express concerns in a manner that is respectful of all individuals

· Collaborate with global HR partners to ensure local execution of plans

Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of previous HR experience, or equivalent is preferred e.g. HR Generalist, L&D, compensation and analytics

• Advanced computer and technical skills with hands-on experience in MS Office Suite, databases and ability to learn systems quickly. Excel, Word, Outlook, and knowledge of PowerPoint & SharePoint

• Ability to provide HR advice and consultation to managers and employees on the broad range of HR disciplines, including employee relations

• Ability to deal effectively with all levels of staff and management

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills: ability to synthesize information and present in a clear and concise format

· Skilled to work collaboratively and develop strong partnerships to consult and influence colleagues from a vast array of HR disciplines across a matrixed organization

• Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and be creative in developing alternative solutions in a fast paced environment

• Ability to handle confidential/sensitive information on a frequent basis

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deliverables, good time management, key attention to detail, especially when under pressure, while remaining proactive and flexible in style

• Strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff to develop strong working relationships is essential

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) preferred

The position is based in New Jersey/New York City. Occasional travel may be required
