Overview: Wealth Management Business Management supports senior business heads in managing and executing initiatives. This is a highly visible team and partners with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Technology, and Operations to define and implement solutions based on business strategy or to comply with new regulations and requirements.

Job Description: The individual in this role will become an integral member of Business Management team, supporting the senior business manager and strategic initiatives sponsor for Chase Wealth Management and broader Wealth Management priorities. Critical responsibilities will include developing solutions, executing on initiatives, covering diverse subject matter, sales management, and collaborations across teams, and ensuring compliance with our risk and control agenda. Responsibilities will inevitably extend from areas mentioned into others.

Key Responsibilities may include:

  • Support business heads and senior business manager in all aspects of the business ranging from strategic initiatives to day-to-day issues.

  • Understand, define, and prioritize business needs in the context of short and long term objectives and ensure they are incorporated into the overall business plan and relevant programs

  • Lead the end-to-end evolution of the platform ranging from product assessments, oversight, risk, controls, client experience, and advisor experience (planning and solutioning, and through implementation)

  • Establish and lead working groups, requiring effective partnership with groups across Legal, Compliance, Technology, Operations, Risk, Supervisory Management, Marketing, Finance, and Human Resources to create and drive consensus, problem solve, overcome obstacles, and manage constraints

  • Navigate and facilitate information flow/messaging and status between teams and committees in an organized, comprehensive, and strategic manner

  • Utilize qualitative and quantitative tools to analyze, synthesize and interpret large amounts of information and data, drawing conclusions and making recommendations for senior management across key sales, product, regulatory, and control priorities

  • Produce quality presentations that provide visual storytelling with supporting details for management at various levels, including operating committee members

  • Partner with key areas to build and sustain Cross-LOB relationships and strive for harmonization

  • Understand and stay current on the Risk and Control policies and procedures and ensure proper discipline around Risk Management and control procedures

  • 8+ of experience in Wealth Management or Asset Management industry, ideally in a business management, investment product management, or business consultancy capacity

  • Broad understanding of JPMorgan Asset and Wealth Management, with a working knowledge of investment concepts, key industry trends and business acumen with a client and advisor lens

  • Proficient in Pitch-Pro, Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel
