As a GCC specialist, you will coordinate and direct the workflow for 13 lockbox sites (US & Canada) and 3 off-shore keying sites. You will be responsible for monitoring and resolving various processing and workflow issues (transmission, profile, application.). You will coordinate projects with other Lockbox support teams during migrations, platform releases, and scheduled outages. This position requires strong analytical skills and communication skills as well as the ability to identify bottle necks in the workflow. You will be the primary point of contact for the creation and escalation of service tickets and partnering directly with various IT groups, which requires focus and the ability to multi-task. The responsibility for this position includes managing 8,000+ daily transmissions, as well as analyzing the root causes of delays and being the first level escalation point..

  • Operations experience with workflow management and/or experience with command center monitoring a plus.

  • Experience in managing or supervising staff a plus.

  • Experience performing audit work in accordance with department standards and completing assignments efficiently with strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and thoroughness of coverage

  • Document and communicate all issues and resolutions

  • Must have the ability to follow complex methods and procedures in diverse routine and non-routine tasks

  • Ability to plan and prioritize

  • Analyze workflow and identify all bottle necks in specific stages

  • Knowledge of Office Excel is a must
