Manages overall End to End Test delivery and operations across the UAT Test Teams
Overall End to End Test governance , charter & reporting
Preparation of Data and Environment strategies
Test escalation point for the UAT Test teams
Instilling standard processes, methodologies & tools across test phases
Manage test risks & issues, quality, planning and execution
Co-ordinate input from each of the UAT Test Managers to create an overall End to End Test Strategy
Responsible for reporting the overall Test engagement process
Manage the overall End to End test effort and deliverables
Review High Level Requirements for Test Planning
On-board Test Managers & Leads
Conduct incident review sessions
Provide Level 1 production support
Work directly with the Product Manager, Project Managers,and Operations Managers on the following:
Provide a joint view on the project status and resolve issues
Coordinate end to end testing with the UAT leads and cross impacted application teams to understand the scope of the project and commence test planning & preparation
Discuss, Monitor & Control Scope changes / Change Control
Operations, QA and/or UAT experience
Knowledge of payment processing
Strong understanding of testing processes and methodologies best practices
Strong Project management skills
Strong knowledge of testing phases, technologies and tools
Experience working across multiple systems/applications and multiple projects
End to End Test Strategy document
Daily status reporting
Test Project Schedule
Scope approval and deliverables tracker
Note: Standard hours for the position are 9AM to close (normally 7:00 PM), but can extend to later in the evening on high volume days and Fed extensions.
Series 99 required (obtained within 90 days of employment)
Six or more years experience in cash management, financial operations, or accounting environment.
Four or more years experience managing people and processes in financial operations in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment. Able to run a streamlined and controlled operation.
Solid product knowledge and understanding of settlement life cycle and trade flow including roles responsibilities of front, middle and back office areas.
Good understanding of the firm’s general ledger platforms and general accounting principles and best practices.
Previous experience managing a cross business project and solid understanding of project life cycle principles from both an operational and technical perspective.
Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration or Accounting.
Previous experience performing work requiring attention to detail and adherence to strict rules, standards and daily deadlines.
Ability to handle multiple tasks within a deadline-oriented and fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational, time management and analytical skills required.
Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills a must.
Strong leadership skills specifically the ability to drive change and process improvement within a team or organization.
Ability to solve complex problems independently and across teams.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
Experience with JPMC systems such as BDAS, ADP Impact, SAP, TLM, OPICS, DTC, Napoli and FSD
Some experience in Regulatory Reporting
