JPMorgan Chase Credit Card Marketing-Footnote/Disclosure Analyst in Wilmington, Delaware
The Footnote/Disclosure Analyst role is located within Marketing Services and primarily supports the credit card business. The Analyst is responsible for reviewing creative components (including emails, websites, printed materials, etc.) and the offer details supporting those creatives to determine the appropriate footnotes/disclosure required. The Analyst works closely with Marketing, Campaign Management, Legal, Compliance, Production and Content Development to ensure footnotes/disclosures are applied accurately to all creatives.
The Analyst will:
Analyze and interpret legal language, footnotes, marketing copy and offer build information to determine the appropriate footnotes & legal disclosures required on marketing materials (including direct mail and digital channels) for Chase credit card products.
Work closely with legal, compliance, marketing, marketing operations, content development and production teams as participants in the footnote analysis/indication process.
Perform quality control reviews on all work to ensure accurate, error free footnotes/ disclosures.
Participate/lead process improvement initiatives.
Assist with procedural evaluations and revisions to improve overall team efficiency.
Experience with reviewing and applying credit card industry footnotes/legal disclosures
Experience reviewing digital and print marketing offers
Working knowledge of creative design software tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Acrobat)
