Banking Operations and Wholesale Client Onboarding (KYC) consists of nearly 8,000 employees across 60+ locations. Banking Operations supports Core Cash and Trade Finance products and acts as the payment hub for JPMorgan Chase including the Corporate & Investment Bank, Commercial Bank, Asset Management, and Consumer & Community Bank.

Wholesale Client On-boarding supports efficient and timely on-boarding of new clients as well as renewal and remediation of established relationships to the JP Morgan infrastructure, partnering with Sales, Operations, Credit, Legal, Compliance and Quality Assurance.

The Global Banking Operations and KYC Finance and Business Management team provides support for Banking Ops senior management, through a variety of functions including coordination and support for certain Banking Ops key initiatives/projects, operations and client services metrics reporting and distribution.

Individual responsibilities include leading multi-functional teams across Ops, Tech, Finance and Risk, driving thoughtful analysis capturing both qualitative and quantitative datasets, and providing value added information to executive management to inform decision making.

Team core responsibilities for Wholesale Banking Operations and KYC (Client On-Boarding) include: Executive level reporting, Payments, Clearing, and Settlement (PCS) reporting, KYC business management support (i.e. supporting compliance/regulatory requirements / supporting strategy agenda and execution), MIS support and coordination, in tandem with on and offshore operating teams, ad hoc financial analysis, and preparation for both client and internal engagements.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead and manage global meetings including facilitating discussions with multiple senior managers and influencing decisions

  • Drive transformation initiatives both within immediate area as well as across broader Operations teams

  • Activelyengage in creating senior management level presentations and providingeffective reporting to senior product executives, business managers, andCFO’s

  • Project Management and associated Finance & ExpenseManagement for Operations, specifically focusing on workforceoptimization and strategic initiatives

  • Business management support for senior manager reporting/data analysis

  • Applydata science and predictive modeling to large data sets to build andautomate capacity, target setting, root cause, and trend analysis

  • Enhance the current metrics framework to measure KPIs and drive automation

  • Liaisewith the KYC transformation teams to develop robust financials andquantitative points to measure the impact of the programs

  • 7+ years of experience in financial services with understanding of Wholesale Payments and KYC processes a plus

  • Proven ability to influence and build strong relationships with global team at varying levels across the organization

  • Effective communication and presentation skills with clear evidence of leading senior management discussions

  • Strong multi-tasking skills with ability to complete time sensitive tasks in high pressure environment

  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills

  • Experienced and successful assessor of risk & proven at deploying effective mitigants

  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem solving skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Project management skills a must
