The Global Head of Client Account Services Operations is looking for a high-performing VP to play a key role in the successful delivery and management of the CAS Operations Strategy.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Global Head of CAS Ops and her Executive Committee, providing project management expertise, data analysis and presentation support. Key requirements include:

  1. Leverageefficient tools and processes to deliver high quality, consistent andmeaningful business reporting, including strategic and other businessreviews

  2. Partner with Finance & Business Management to drivefinancial and headcount reporting for Client Account Services; prepareand maintain the business plan and to help drive financial performance

  3. Deliverbusiness management services across a range of responsibilities,including strategy execution, business planning and performancemonitoring, project delivery, corporate governance and risk management

  4. Own and drive the production of KPIs and MI that aid business decisions; conduct analysis to identify trends and thematics

  5. Review and constructively challenge financial performance and forecasts to improve accuracy and profitability

  6. Createand maintain a repository of materials that explain and promote ClientAccount Services organization to internal and external stakeholders

  7. Seekout opportunities to improve efficiency, standardise ways of workingand enhance the quality and depth of management information available toaid business decision making

  • Define project scope,targets and deliverables that support business goals incollaboration with management and stakeholders

  • Excellent client and stakeholder communication and management skills, including expectation and scope management

  • Abilityto process, organize, and analyze complex data and information,resulting in the synthesis of a root cause analysis or an optimalsolution approach, depending on the situation

  • Attention to detail and ability to assimilate fragmented facts into detailed statements

  • Abilityto produce documentation at all levels, client service andtechnical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in furtherdeveloping and integrating systems knowledge with technologyskills

  • Experience with preparing various metrics related to projects or programs

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Self-starter,and results oriented, problem solver; ability to work well as ateam member, as well as independently with minimum supervision
