As a Corporate Actions Specialist, you will analyze and interpret corporate action notifications. You will communicate corporate action events to brokers, traders, and middle office personnel, and other operations departments to ensure timely execution of client instructions. You will monitor and pursue all Liability items related to Loan and Fail Trade, and correspond daily with other broker dealers, banks, and agents.

• Extensive knowledge of the various equity products

• Strong problem solving, decision making, and analytical skills

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

• Detail oriented

• Experience in a work environment which required attention to detail and adherence to specific rules and standards required

• At least two years' banking and or brokerage operations experience

• Bachelors degree preferred
