Our team :

The Agile Metrics and Solutions (AMS) Team is responsible for delivering Operational and Weekly reporting to several of the functions within Compliance Operations. The team’s focus is to create business efficiencies and reporting leveraging statistics, technology, and business knowledge to automate solutions. Driving technological innovation by bridging the gaps between business needs and technology capabilities to deliver new solutions and functionality to the business, as cost-effectively as possible is the primary purpose of the team.

The team primarily works with the internal businesses of Compliance which are AML Investigations, Employee Compliance, Client List Screening, Regulatory Reporting, GFCC Quality Testing to create data or reports out of complex business specifications.

Responsibilities :

  • Partner with teams and drive the planning of strategic automated solutions, creation of reusable reports and extracts, which can be applied to metrics and reports from the bottom to executive level operations

  • Develop Tableau dashboards using complex data feeds to aggregate and summarize views; make interactive views for users to have access to efficient and accurate reports.

  • Design, code, modify, and evaluate Microsoft.NET and SharePoint solutions in support of strategic objectives

  • Assist with the creation, support, and scheduling of SAS programs within the reporting infrastructure

  • Identify, document and track process issues/risks and remediation plans

  • Exclude, parse, tag, and segment data according to the provided business rules

  • Liaise with line of business to determine the appropriate business rules for logic formation and automation

3 or more years developing complex, interactive and dynamic Tableau Dashboards

  • 3 or more years of experience with SharePoint administration and development to include custom development using Info Path, creating custom workflows, web-parts, components, tools and forms

  • Advanced SQL writing ability that pulls from relational databases like Oracle and DB2

  • Strong SAS coding skills including macros

  • Proven experience with Korn Shell scripting, Scheduling, and working on a Unix platform

  • Strong technical and communication skills to be able to gather, translate, and implement user requirements to technical solutions

  • Ability to analyze and review compliance business data to identify key indicators pertaining to operations, risk, finance, compliance, process and controls

  • Experience with relational databases like Oracle and SQL Server required
