Overview:

The Quality Analytics Reporting (QAR) group provides oversight and support for the Quality Assurance (QA) function, an integral part of the controls environment within Compliance that is responsible for conducting a continuous testing program against internal procedures and regulatory requirements to ensure quality, completeness, and accuracy of work performed by operations groups.

Quality Analytics & Reporting (QAR) is a cross divisional quality analytics team that is responsible for sampling, infrastructure support, and metrics production for the Compliance Quality Assurance (QA) program. QAR utilizes a statistical sampling model with value add considerations to ensure that defect rates identified are representative of the overall work done by the Operations groups and meaningful feedback can be given for process improvement. The team maintains oversight of the case management tools utilized by QA and is responsible for roll out of onboarded workstreams, test script enhancements, and all other process developments. QAR produces BAU weekly and monthly reporting, root cause analysis (RCA) metrics, executive level reporting, and key performance metrics (KPMs) to provide actionable feedback that can be used to drive quality improvement.

Summary :

The candidate will assist in all functions performed by QAR and seek to standardize and streamline current processes performed by the group. They will develop metrics and reporting within Tableau as well as run weekly and monthly metrics for management review. Using a statistical sampling model, they will determine sample sizes and populations for each group within QT. They will help oversee the QA and feedback loop process through development of SharePoint and Krescendo Case Management Tools, and assist with data quality checks, controls, and audit deliverables.

  • 3-5 years of Tableau Experience with a strong knowledge of Data Connections, Data Blending, Complex Logic Schema Buildouts, & Tableau Server Interface Connections for Real-Time Analytics

  • Ability to prioritize deliverables while maintaining strong attention to detail and exceptional follow through

  • Exceptionally strong data and information analysis skills with the ability to manipulate large quantities of data to extract themes and findings

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, writing VBA macros

  • Knowledge of SharePoint, PowerPoint, Programming, JSON, and SQL is a plus

  • Highly articulate (both written and verbal)

  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and businesses

  • Experience with business analysis and process improvement

  • Team player and quick study with a strong appetite to learn new subject matter

  • 2-5+ years experience in the Financial Service Industry preferred
