The Operations Management job family provides day-to-day management for various operations functions, including roles that provide overall management and oversight of a Line of Business Operations group or program.

As an Operations Manager-602 you will:

▪ Responsible for managing a large department, group or operations function within a Line of Business, including the implementation of operational policies, processes and services

▪ Manages and directs overall team activities and monitors progress

▪ Recommends and implements enhancements to improve effectiveness and efficiency of services and systems

▪ Manages resources and operating expenses

▪ May facilitate client delivery relationships

▪ May present business updates to managers

Required to work peak hours Jan, June, Sept, Oct 12:00am - 8:00am and April 8:00pm - 8:00am. 15% shift differential will be included during peak months
