CB Business Transformation is a new organization, reporting directly to the CEO of Commercial Banking, charged with fully realizing this potential. CB Business Transformation is seeking results-focused and highly motivated individuals to serve as internal experts on digital transformation, client experience advocacy, design thinking and product development.
Serve as subject matter expert for CB Transformation teams and business partners in or more of the following areas: digital transformation, client experience advocacy, design thinking and product development
Support the definition and implementation of the aspirational client journey target state for CB clients and supporting operating model by Transformation Line of Business teams
Think strategically and tactically, to design and implement CB transformation deliverables, with a client-centric focus and the flexibility to adjust to new innovations, regulations and priorities
Develop deep understanding of and document current / target state internal processes across CB
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Digital and Technology) across the CB and other JPMC lines of businesses (e.g., Corporate & Investment Bank)
Provide regular updates to senior leadership of Commercial Banking, including presentations and demonstrations
Experience with and a true passion for process innovation, zero-based design, and leading-edge technology with proven success delivering complex, large scale initiatives
5 or more years’ experience designing and working with operational change management programs; experience within large Financial Services firms and / or innovative client experience leaders preferred
Demonstrated experience collaborating with multiple teams, coordinating across different cross-functional initiatives, and reaching consensus with diverse stakeholders within large organizations
Strong judgement, independent decision-making ability and written / verbal communications skills
Ability and flexibility to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with PowerPoint presentations and Excel modeling
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related Masters Degree is a plus
