JPMorgan Chase Commercial Bank - CCBSI Reporting & Technology Program Manager - ED in Chicago, Illinois

The Corporate Client Banking & Specialized Industries group focuses on U.S. and select foreign companies typically with revenues of over $500mm which require traditional banking services in addition to investment banking products. The group partners with investment bankers, credit and other product partners to offer customized and complex financing solutions to our clients.

The CCBSI Business Management team is responsible for the organization, delivery, and execution of both strategic and tactical initiatives to support the business. The team partners closely with CCBSI senior management and key product and functional partners through various initiatives.

The Reporting and Technology Lead will be responsible for driving CCBSI’s data, reporting, technology, and business process agenda, managing tactical/BAU responsibilities and participating in both CCBSI driven and CB wide strategic initiatives. The Reporting and Technology Lead will partner closely with the CB Transformation Office, CB Technology, and IB Technology to ensure the needs of CCBSI are met while we modernize the data infrastructure, reporting delivery, and technology tools leveraged by the business. The Reporting & Technology lead will be supported directly by onshore and offshore data and technology resources and will work closely with a number of partners within Commercial Banking and Investment Banking. This role offers a high level of visibility into CCBSI and CB business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the strategic and tactical direction of the data, reporting, technology, and business process for CCBSI

  • Identify areas for continued process improvement and enhance efficiencies by generating innovative ideas and solutions

  • Prioritize efforts given high demand on team and limited capacity

  • Represent CCBSI in various Commercial Banking and cross-LOB projects, particularly related to data and technology, and partner effectively with other teams such as Project Catalyst, DAT, and IB Technology

  • Collaborate with similar teams across the firm, such as MMBSI data and reporting and the Product Reporting team

  • Prepare presentation materials to be shared with business groups, senior management and other relevant stakeholders

  • Oversee on-going training, communication and change management programs with key user groups

  • Coordinate and manage overall project plans and team activities. Monitor progress and milestones, including project health, staffing and capacity planning, developing and mentoring staff when and if needed, and pursue internal process improvement activity where necessary

  • Resolve conflict through expert collaboration and broad decision-making

  • Foster an environment where risk/control issues are escalated, and trends are anticipated and identified

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience

  • Previous management experience

  • Strong business knowledge required

  • Client facing experience preferred

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills

  • Ability to work and influence senior management across functions

  • Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint (PitchPro+) required

  • Familiarity with internal JPMC systems (e.g. Client Central, CKC) is a plus

  • BA/BS degree

  • Location: Chicago or Dallas
