JPMorgan Chase Commercial Bank - CCBSI Treasury Services Strategy Program Manager - ED in Chicago, Illinois
The Corporate Client Banking & Specialized Industries group focuses on U.S. and select foreign companies typically with revenues of over $500mm which require traditional banking services in addition to investment banking products. The group partners with investment bankers, credit and other product partners to offer customized and complex financing solutions to our clients.
The CCBSI Business Management team is responsible for the organization, delivery, and execution of both strategic and tactical initiatives to support the business. The team partners closely with CCBSI senior management and key product and functional partners through various initiatives.
The Treasury Services Strategy Manager will be responsible for driving CCBSI’s Treasury Services (TS) growth agenda by partnering with CCBSI TS sales leadership and others to develop, organize and execute strategic and tactical initiatives. The TS Strategy Manager will be supported directly by onshore resources and will work closely with a number of partners within Commercial Banking. This role offers a high level of visibility into CCBSI and CB business strategy.
Drive the strategic and tactical direction of the business management support of the CCBSI TS sales organization
Act as the single point of contact for the Head of CCBSI TS Sales, representing Finance & Business Management in coordination with Marketing & Communications and Business Operations
Manage the CCBSI TS Sales Strategy team within CCBSI Finance and Business Management
Prepare presentation materials to be shared with business groups, senior management and other relevant stakeholders
Collaborate with CCBSI Data and Reporting and CCBSI Finance (P&A) in producing TS-focused reporting, analytics and insights to be leveraged by all levels within in the business, as well as senior management in the Commercial Bank and senior partners across the firm
Represent CCBSI in various Commercial Banking and cross-LOB projects and partner effectively with other teams
Identify areas for continued process improvement and enhance efficiencies by generating innovative ideas and solutions
Oversee on-going training, communication and change management programs with key user groups
Coordinate and manage overall project plans and team activities. Monitor progress and milestones, including project health, staffing and capacity planning, developing and mentoring staff when and if needed, and pursue internal process improvement activity where necessary
Resolve conflict through expert collaboration and broad decision-making
Foster an environment where risk/control issues are escalated, and trends are anticipated and identified

Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience
Previous management experience
Treasury services or management consulting experience preferred
Business management, finance and/or project management experience preferred
Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint (PitchPro+) required
Familiarity with internal JPMC systems (e.g. Client Central, CKC) is a plus
