Role Description

The role will support a team of HR Business Partners to identify and develop actionable solutions based on business priorities and organizational analysis. The individual will partner with various areas of the organization to execute on a variety of HR activities including talent and performance development, compensation and promotions, recruiting learning and development, employee relations and diversity initiatives. This role requires a strong focus on the firm’s culture and values, a risk and control mindset with the ability to apply sound judgment to HR issues. This is an exciting role supporting the Cybersecurity Technology Controls organization that offers the opportunity to contribute to the development and execution of the broader Technology people agenda. The successful candidate will have a track record in working well under pressure in fast-paced environments with an excellent level of attention to detail in every aspect of their work.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Contribute to the development & support execution of people strategy & goals for the broader organization

  • Manage and analyze people related data leading to actionable solutions

  • Contribute to various HR projects to support the overall Cybersecurity Technology Controls function

  • Partner with HR colleagues including Recruitment, Learning & Development and Compensation teams to support the development and implementation of specific HR programs including: talent, succession planning, & performance development, employee mobility and career development, diversity initiatives, compensation, learning & development

  • Interact with and coach managers on employee relations, staffing, compensation, development, organizational and change management when needed

  • Act as an employee advocate to ensure that employees and managers are able to express concerns in a manner that is respectful of all individuals

  • Collaborate with global HR partners to ensure local execution of plans

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills: ability to synthesize information and present in written and verbal format

• Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong partnerships at all levels

• Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions with a risk & control mindset and be creative in developing alternative solutions in a fast paced environment

• Ability to handle large amounts of confidential/sensitive information on a frequent basis

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deliverables, good time management, key attention to detail, while remaining proactive and flexible in style

• Strong project management skills

• Excellent PC skills with hands-on experience in Excel, Word, Outlook, and knowledge of PowerPoint & SharePoint

• Bachelors Degree (or equiv) preferred

The position location is tbc. Occasional travel may be required.
