Core Responsibilities:

  • Guide development team and business partners in applying emerging technologies

  • Work with multiple business teams to fully understand business requirements and stakeholders to gain support for critical technology investment decisions

  • Work with IT, Business Units and Operations to create investable and executable technical roadmaps

  • Support system integration of diverse data sources and technologies used in the design, construction, testing, and deployment

  • Design and implement scalable Big Data Architecture

  • Exposure to Machine Learning & Data Analytics

  • Act as a key advisor to senior IT and business leadership

  • Provide architectural expertise and long-term vision to build scalable business intelligence platforms

  • Create and maintain technical documentation and architecture designs

  • Help to lead technology initiatives related to data and analytic solutions for Marketing and Sales organizations

  • Implement best practice tools and processes for ensuring data quality

  • Interface with business professionals, application developers and technical staff working in an agile process and environment

  • Document success criteria and monitor solution effectiveness, including system performance, adoption and other key metrics

  • Minimum 10+ years development experience

  • Computer Science degree a plus

  • Minimum 5+ years management/leadership experience in an IT consulting firm

  • Strong technical leadership experience working with global teams

  • Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex issues in an easy to understand manner

  • Creative problem solver and solution engineer

  • Hands-on experience in Big Data technologies and deployments

  • Ability to work with direct & matrix management for business engagement, solution development & delivery

  • Working experience with emerging technologies

  • Ability to present metrics to key stakeholders

  • Extensive Vendor management experience, negotiation, finance etc.
