Guide development team and business partners in applying emerging technologies
Work with multiple business teams to fully understand business requirements and stakeholders to gain support for critical technology investment decisions
Work with IT, Business Units and Operations to create investable and executable technical roadmaps
Support system integration of diverse data sources and technologies used in the design, construction, testing, and deployment
Design and implement scalable Big Data Architecture
Exposure to Machine Learning & Data Analytics
Act as a key advisor to senior IT and business leadership
Provide architectural expertise and long-term vision to build scalable business intelligence platforms
Create and maintain technical documentation and architecture designs
Help to lead technology initiatives related to data and analytic solutions for Marketing and Sales organizations
Implement best practice tools and processes for ensuring data quality
Interface with business professionals, application developers and technical staff working in an agile process and environment
Document success criteria and monitor solution effectiveness, including system performance, adoption and other key metrics
Minimum 10+ years development experience
Computer Science degree a plus
Minimum 5+ years management/leadership experience in an IT consulting firm
Strong technical leadership experience working with global teams
Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex issues in an easy to understand manner
Creative problem solver and solution engineer
Hands-on experience in Big Data technologies and deployments
Ability to work with direct & matrix management for business engagement, solution development & delivery
Working experience with emerging technologies
Ability to present metrics to key stakeholders
Extensive Vendor management experience, negotiation, finance etc.
