Change Management Program Lead
Project Catalyst is one of five major initiatives supporting the Commercial Bank transformation agenda. The goal of this sales enablement effort is to deliver new technologies, data, and business processes to help our bankers optimize sales efforts and deliver a better overall experience to our clients.
The Change Management lead is responsible for the creation and management of the organization’s change capability that will provide strategic guidance and support this transformation initiative. This role will seek to define the change operating framework, processes and capabilities to successfully deliver change and adoption strategies in support of this initiative. This role requires a combination of expertise in key areas of change management including stakeholder alignment, communication, training and change measurement along with extensive experience in managing complex change initiatives and teams.
Create the specific change management centre of expertise including the framework, capabilities and processes
Own and manage multiple change management activities designed to deliver significant business results
Partner across with business and transformation executives to understand and align existing change management processes and capabilities
Conduct impact analysis, assess change readiness and manage key stakeholders
Design and lead team of staff, key partners, peers, and executives to deploy readiness plans inclusive of communication, training, procedure, risk/controls, and cross-LOB initiative considerations
Integrate effective change management methods to drive user adoption
Trusted advisor in the execution of the transformational roadmap, effectively collaborating with leadership and key partners assess change impacts, define and deploy change readiness strategies and deliverables
Understand and evaluate new change and transformation initiatives and manage the program portfolio
Create and manage a team of change professionals that will be deployed to support projects
Evaluate on going change trends and capabilities in the market to incorporate new ideas and strategies into the organization

8- 10 years of extensive change management experience working with complex transformation initiatives
Deep knowledge and expertise in the core areas of organization change management: sponsorship, communication, training, measurement, adoption strategy
Strong executive presence and interpersonal skills including the ability to act as a vocal change advocate, leader and sponsor
Knowledge and experience with core project methods, ex. PMP, technology / testing strategy
Banking & Financial Services industry experience including Commercial Banking
Travel may be up to 25%
