As part of the ongoing effort to enhance operational effectiveness, efficiency and the client / advisor experience the Chase Wealth Management organization will be establishing a estate account operations group. This group will provide end to end support for the following client segments in CWM: Legacy CWM Advisors (Chase Investments / Chase Private Client), Self-Directed Investing (YouInvest) and Chase Investments Direct (CID).
The team is seeking a strong VP with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects, executing against detail-oriented process improvements, and engaging with senior level stakeholders. This individual will have complete ownership of the CWM estate account operations.
Manage and develop the end to end processes required to support estate account processing for CWM client segments.
Partner with departments across Chase Wealth Management and Wealth Management Operations to implement Process Improvement techniques, refine processes, and provide expert service for all aspects of estate account operations.
Proactively manage progress, delivery and overall execution of multiple projects at different stages of development; report on status, risks / issues, and recommend corrective actions to ensure successful completion
Manage a strong risk/control environment, ensuring audit / exam preparedness at all times.
Review, refine and develop strong operational measurements (daily, weekly, monthly) to include long range forecasting.
Prepare updates on project pipeline, progress and metrics for senior executives
Demonstrate delivery of valued results through the use of output metrics.
Provide thought leadership on strategy and change management.
Provide training and guidance on process improvement opportunities, to include implementation within the departments operations.
Administer and maintain the CWM Operations Knowledge Management system processes and content for all aspects of estate account operations.
At least 10 years of operational leadership experience
Knowledge, creativity and experience on business transformation, business improvement, and problem resolution
At least 8 years of real experience on different projects involving: project management, process to workflow modeling, problem identification / resolution design, measurable operational and workflow improvement
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience and training in Lean Process Improvement Principles and Operational Excellence
Clear interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to articulate complex issues concisely
