Position Summary :

The Digital Change Analyst will be a key contact managing client facing digital (online and mobile platforms) changes and enhancements for the Client Service Organization within Wealth Management. The candidate will join a group of colleagues responsible for providing expertise of the firm’s Digital products throughout the lifecycle of projects funded by Wealth Management and the Consumer Bank. The candidate will be passionate about delivering solutions with the primary focus of a positive client experience in mind. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills and be able to think critically and swiftly in a fast paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Understand the Wealth Management client experience and drive project requirements and product design

  • Effectively communicate changes with tech partners and work closely with developers to deliver superior products

  • Work collaboratively with many different business units, including Marketing, Product Teams, Legal, Compliance, and Senior Management to support change management

  • Quality presentation skills a must, as delivering on business vision will require collaboration with Senior Management and technology partners

  • Deliver projects with adequate balance of optimal client experience with highly exceptional risk controls

  • Manage user acceptance testing for multiple projects and execution of test cases that will vary from project to project

  • Engaged in production validation during technology release events throughout the year in coordination with key technology and business partners

  • Coordinate communications and marketing to clients, client support staff, and sales staff to promote digital products

  • Collaborate with Client Service training team(s) to prepare client support staff for client facing changes

  • Develop statistical analysis to measure project implementation success and for the purposes of client engagement

  • Manage day to day production environment issues with online support staff, engage technology resources to research production issues, and properly escalate based on client impact

Qualifications & Skills Needed To Succeed

  • College degree or equivalent financial services/banking industry experience preferred

  • Previous project management experience preferred, ideally in a technology based role

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively

  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment
