JPMorgan Chase Continuous Service Improvement Lead in Columbus, Ohio
The Continuous Service Improvement Lead (CSI) is responsible for the proactive analysis, identification of opportunities and execution of improvements, including the implementation of processes & policies that will improve the stability of the production application portfolio. The CSI executes the organization’s transformation strategy and governs and facilitates cross LOB (CIO, iCTOs, Application Development, Production Management, other LOBs,) partnership forums.
Execute and syndicate processes to meet and implement target state objectives and goals
Facilitate production stability decision making by ensuring engagement and communication via the relevant forums across Application Development, Production Management, GTI and the business
Ensure clear accountability for stability actions across stakeholder groups
Drive effective prioritization of stability efforts at those forums through the presentation of key metrics and ongoing trending
Drive data quality improvement behind the metrics
Identify and implement support model, people, process and technology / automation improvements
Drive continuous improvements around incident, problem, change, capacity, resiliency and infrastructure hygiene disciplines
Interface across all teams and LoBs on improvement opportunities to document, solution and track until implementation to increase the stability of the production environment
Drive the on-going communication and execution of transformation initiatives across the AD and PM teams
Review and communicate key metrics, underlying themes and trend analysis. Identify the areas that require focus and opportunities for improvement
Identify and drive ownership and accountability for issues and opportunities that arise
Govern and facilitate the cross LOB (CIO, iCTOs, Application Development, Production Management, other LOBs,) partnership forums to communicate status, challenges, opportunities and drive progress
Act as a communications vehicle for CCB, firm wide or cross-LOB initiatives impacting production for their business area
7 years of Technology Process reengineering background / exposure in an enterprise environment
Six Sigma, ITIL and/or Scrum Certifications or preferred
Hands-on Experience in Application Development and/or Production Support roles in an Agile environment
Analytical and problem-solving skills
