Business Description:

Global Technology Finance & Business Management (F&BM) is seeking a high performing Associate for a Finance & Business Management supporting the Global Technology Corporate Location Strategy (CLS) book of work.

The role will support the day-to-day execution of the Corporate Location Strategy for the Global Technology team and will interact across the GT F&BM team as well as key members of the Global Technology team responsible for location decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with GT and F&BM to execute overall location demand process, including CLS and any ad-hoc location requests and overall workforce management strategy

  • Perform in-depth analytical reviews of headcount to location performance and create output metrics for reporting to senior management

  • In conjunction with the overall team, drive efficiency across the current processes, including process improvement, creation of process documentation (op models, process flows, etc.)

  • In alignment with the strategy, work closely with GRE Regional leads and GRE F&BM to ensure GT location demands are met

Qualifications:

  • At least 4-7 years of related experience (Financial Management, Business Management, Program Management, Corporate Location Strategy)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to summarize key metrics and analytics to provide a clear story to senior management

  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities with attention to detail and logical thought process

  • Excellent task management and organizational skills

  • Ability to learn new concepts, systems, processes and initiatives

  • Self-starter with the ability to think creatively and laterally

  • Superior time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize both day-to-day activities and longer-term projects

  • Advance knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
