JPMorgan Chase Credit Furnishing Auto Analyst in Columbus, Ohio

The Credit Furnishing Reporting Auto Analyst position is responsible for developing and analyzing various data gathering functions that will ensure credit reporting inconsistencies are detected and corrected accordingly. Analyst will work directly with data and information, ensuring illogical reviews are in place to capture and correct deficiencies. Meaningful reports and management presentations in support of client, business unit or function activities and performance will be required. Types of analysis and reporting will include but is not limited to: illogical data review, quality review, workflow analysis, process improvement, regulatory/governance requirements and back office partner process mapping.

As a Credit Furnishing Auto Analyst you will (at a minimum):

  • Collect and analyze complex credit reporting data for deficiencies and implement processes to ensure data is corrected

  • Implement and execute monthly quality reviews to ensure process above is in compliance with FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act)

  • Create Business Requirements and applicable test cases

  • Review and suggest modification of established policies, maintain issues log and manage multiple projects based on monthly data integrity issues and partner back office processes

  • Participate in business initiatives and assist with all levels of metric reporting

  • Requires 2+ year Credit Furnishing knowledge and experience

  • Analytical skills required

  • Requires experience with Data Analysis/Trending Analysis, including month over month comparisons of credit reporting data

  • Credit reporting experience and FCRA and Metro II knowledge

  • Organizational skills required

  • Must be Detail-oriented

  • Issue resolution skills required

  • Oral and written communication skills required

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Must understand business processes and procedures

  • Prefer familiarity with Business applications, including ALA, CALS, ICAF, Quest etc.

  • Experience with understanding and/or writing business requirements and test cases.
