Global Technology Infrastructure (GTI) is the technology infrastructure organization for the firm, delivering a wide range of products and services, and partnering with all lines of business to provide high quality service delivery, exceptional project execution and financially disciplined approaches and processes in the most cost effective manner. The objective of GTI is to balance both business alignment and the centralized delivery of core products and services.

End User Services (EUS), within the GTI organization, delivers measurable business value by providing Business Collaboration, Real Time Communication and Desktop technology products to our 270,000 JPMorgan Chase colleagues.

The End User Services Marketing team provides an important role in ensuring that our clients – JPMorgan Chase staff – are aware of and understand the technology products that are available to them and how they can leverage – to ultimately be more productive in their jobs. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering and product management colleagues across the EUS organization to create and implement high quality content.

Key roles and responsibilities

  • Create and maintain content and documentation for employees on JPMorgan end user technologies, including step by step how to guides, quick guides, product overview guides, brochures and how to videos – including creating the script and the corresponding short video

  • Create and maintain content for SharePoint and intranet sites

  • Ensure content repository is updated

  • Perform regular audits on quality, relevancy and accuracy of content

  • Produce and maintain online and printable guides, for use at events

  • Work with product team and marketing team to understand the content prior to creation, to ensure quality and accuracy of content

  • Create PowerPoint slides for senior executives

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a content writer role, or equivalent

  • Have a customer experience / service mindset

  • Excellent with Microsoft Office, including Publisher, and Adobe InDesign

  • Skilled with Adobe Captivate, or equivalent eLearning tool

  • Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator skills are advantageous

  • Experience writing training/e-learning materials, not required advantageous

  • Outstanding ability to think creatively

  • Ability to be succinct, and create customer focused content

  • Self-motivator and driven

  • Experience working in a global, cross-functional team

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required
