JPMorgan Chase Enterprise Technology Audit & Regulatory Director in Columbus, Ohio

The Cyber & Technology Controls (CTC) team establishes the framework and provides guidance to the Enterprise Technology (ET) organization for managing risks, assessing controls and engaging with internal and external organizations to determine adequacy of the control environment. The CTC team supporting Enterprise Technology are responsible for governance and execution of risk programs to identify and mitigate risks within the organization. This includes ensuring adherence to existing policies and standards, regulatory requirements or best business practices.

The Enterprise Technology Audit & Regulatory Director will assume responsibility for a shared service dedicated to providing oversight and governance across Internal Audits, External Audit and External Regulatory Exams – responsibilities will include;

  • Coordination and management of global internal and external audits across Enterprise Technology throughout the audit lifecycle (planning, fieldwork, reporting, post audit)

  • Responsibility and management of coordination to track all RFIs by the Enterprise Technology audit and regulatory team to meet SLA and audit timelines.

  • Coordination and management of global regulatory reviews impacting Enterprise Technology

  • Responsibility and management of coordination to track all RFIs by the Enterprise Technology audit and regulatory team to meet SLA and audit timelines.

  • 10+ years of IT Audit experience (previous experience as an IT risk manager, IT auditor, control officer, technology risk consultant is preferred), and preferably in the financial services sector;

  • Track record of developing and maintaining senior-level stakeholder relationships

  • Demonstrated technical abilities in multiple areas (e.g., technology infrastructure platforms or networks, application development, data protection, etc.)

  • Strong process orientation and understanding of operations and technology enabling candidate to provide support in the analysis, development and monitoring of controls

  • Ability to build and maintain collaborative working relationships with Information Technology and Business including senior level management in order to assist with design, execution and monitoring of controls

  • Industry certifications such as CRISC, CISA etc. preferred

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
