Cybersecurity & Technology Controls (CTC), we have aligned our cybersecurity, access management, controls and resiliency teams to help accelerate the adoption of GT Vision and as a function, become a strategic enabler for the businesses we support. As Cybersecurity & Technology Controls (CTC), we will proactively help the firm – and put in place the capabilities and solutions necessary to become a leading technology company from technology controls, resiliency and security standpoint.
Our goal is to make our colleagues across JPMC easily adopt and integrate appropriate controls, deliver processes and solutions efficiently and consistently, avoid redundancies and shift left in the business lifecycle leveraging new GT platforms and automating controls during software delivery lifecycle.
Partnerwith our Identity and Access Management Global team to ensure criticalapplications in High Security Access (HSA) and High Business Value Entitlements(HVBE), related Certification tasks and responsibilities are completed in atimely basis.
Coordinatedata collection and confirm readiness to initiate access certifications
Ensurerelated HVBE and HSA applications are on boarded to a centralized firm-widetool for Certification, Termination, Transfer, Transfer Forced Access Removal(TFAR) processing.
EnsureSOX/SOC1 regulatory requirements as well as Internal Audit are met.
Abilityto monitor and respond to ad hoc requests and queries relating toHVBE/HSA/Certification Support
Drive reporting associated to project status,control and service metrics, other internal reporting projects
Drive project management efforts – including reviewing documents for businessand functional requirements (BRDs/FRDs)
Identify,define and implement continuous process improvement utilizing various tools andmethods
SupportIGA's effort in partnering and coordinating with Information Owners,Application Development managers and other JPMC control teams toidentify/suggest efficiencies to IGA control procedures
Provideexpertise in technology control practices: information risk management, ITcontrol policies, etc.
Bachelor’sDegree in a business or information technology or equivalent experience in the Identityand Access Management
Demonstrated understanding of information security,key controls and how they impact the business from an operational or systemsperspective
Excellentmultitasking and prioritizing skills with ability to execute on multiple, simultaneous,complex projects and produce metricsfor Senior Level Reporting
Highly proficient inMS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, Access and Visio)
Self-motivated, excellentcommunication skills, attention to detail and problem-solving skills with ability to developsolutions to complex analytical/data-driven problems.
Knowledgein defining/ implementing business process and supporting documentation such asStandard Operational Procedures
6to 7 years of Information security policies/Practices; Incumbent shouldhave prior experience in the industry, with experience in certification
Demonstrated knowledge of IGA controls, principles, methods and regulatory relatedobligations preferred
Strongknowledge of IT risk management frameworks/concepts
IDCert, RSAM, IO Console, EURC,IBID/RMT, Force, ITRC, Alacrity / Service Center (or a similar ticketingsystem), ID Owner
Sailpoint technology experience within IAM strongly preferred
Proficiencywith SharePoint site administration / development desired
