The Acquisition & Deepening marketing team is responsible for driving incremental high-quality customer growth for Business Banking through prospect acquisition, relationship deepening and customer engagement initiatives. We are seeking a talented, data-driven, innovative marketing leader, skilled at leading our early MOB Onboarding Communications, cross-lines of business initiatives, and digital acquisition ads within owned media channels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead integrated marketing efforts in support of Multiproduct Onboarding Initiative across all lines of business

  • Strong leadership skills. Must be able to drive projects/programs forward by leading the charge

  • Development of program strategies and testing roadmap

  • Must have the ability to deliver projects on time and navigate through roadblocks and bottlenecks.

  • Understand digital capabilities to drive personalized experience though triggered marketing messaging.

  • Constantly innovating – accelerating digital/mobile channels and continually improving on prior performance of single product onboarding campaign

  • Driving high quality customer relationships

  • Develop and lead owned media channels focused on product growth and engagement.

  • Developing owned media test and learn roadmap

  • Integrating conversion opportunities into owned media

  • Optimizing site navigation and online application performance

  • Driving a high quality primary bank customer

  • Strong analytic skills with the ability to identify opportunities and data driven decisions.

  • Partner cross-functionally with other lines of business to develop roadmap for cross lines of business marketing/cross-sell opportunities.

  • Be client obsessed– champion consistent and seamless user experiences across all channels and all lines of business.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, or Finance

  • 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably with expertise in digital, affluent and/or investment marketing

  • Financial services industry experience a plus

  • Proven ability to take initiative, influence others and achieve results

  • Skilled and comfortable at working in a highly matrixed organization

  • Strong analytical, problem solving and planning skills

  • Experienced manager of marketing budgets, forecasts, and expected returns

  • Excels at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously within tight deadlines

  • Comfortable with continuously changing priorities

  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
