Job Description

This position will be part of the Consumer & Business Banking Deposit Product Management group (responsible for CBB checking, savings, debit, pre-paid and time deposit products) specifically reporting into the Pricing and Analytics group.

As a Product Analyst II – Pricing / Rates Management, you will be responsible for rates management and execution of pricing strategy. This role requires both practical business knowledge of the retail banking space as well as financial and technical skills. The role includes the design, implementation and execution of rate inputs that are ultimately applied to accounts across multiple lines of business.

This person will closely monitor and maintain control processes for pricing change requests, rate input systems, and new product/product updates that are impacted by pricing strategy. The Product Analyst II – Pricing position blends execution of critical daily business functions with a strong connection to business partners.

Responsibilities

  • Developand maintain the rate implementation / execution process for multiple lines ofbusiness

  • Assistin strategic management of interest rates

  • Designand update established macro based documents

  • Maintainauditable user tools and processes

  • Monitordaily rate movements and work closely with lines of business for upcomingchanges

  • Serveas the owner for our daily interest rate upload management process

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in a similar role including Deposit Pricing,Product Management/development, or Finance

  • Master’s degree: MBA, MS Economics, or similar degreepreferred

  • Comprehensive knowledge of economic values and interestrates, financial analysis, accounting and fixed income valuation

  • Proven history of executing strong control requirements inprevious roles

  • Proficiency with Visual Basic or previous experience withmacros using financial logic

  • Advanced skills in Excel (with the ability to easily createPivot tables, v-lookup formulas, financial formulas and visualizations)

  • Confident oral and written presentation skills in dealingwith Senior Management

  • Ability to work and quickly adapt in a very fast paced andhigh pressure environment

  • Demonstrated ability to develop solutions to highly complexand diverse problems
