JPMorgan Chase QA Automation/Software Engineering Manager in Columbus, Ohio

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
Expertise in application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
Advanced knowledge of architecture, design and business processes
Keen understanding of financial control and budget management
Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals
As the SRE/Quality Assurance Manager you will be responsible for ensuring products/features sets are being certified by the owning scrum team(s) and helping them develop the skills and tool sets to do so
You will also ensure that quality of delivery for cross product initiatives
Drive implementation and adoption of highly automated product certification testing integrated into our CI/CD processes and manage quality assurance for cross product business initiatives
Work with Agile Team Managers and Product Owners to prioritize products/feature sets for implementation of automate certification and bring automation team resources to bare in accelerating completion
Establish certification standards, Track and report progress towards automated certification for all products
Manage test strategy and execution for cross product initiatives
Work with Product Teams to develop and implement Site Resiliency Engineering metrics/monitoring
Coaching and mentoring Quality Assurance resources, create a culture of continuous learning and development
Manage lower environment availability and execute batch test cycles and use SRE to monitor lower environments
Provide air traffic control on infrastructure changes, trouble shoot cross product issues e.g. with product teams consuming our APIs.
Execute batch processes in test environments with increasing automation and monitoring
Enable our scrum teams to deliver certified code at the end of each sprint
Certify cross product initiatives prior to go live
