Wealth Management Operations supports the JPMorgan Private Bank and Chase Wealth Management.

  • The Private Bank is the world’s premier service provider for ultra and high net worth individuals. Our goal is to help these affluent individuals across the globe optimize their wealth, after taxes and across generations. Wealth Management Operations provides end-to-end support for all aspects of the client experience, working closely with client service, fiduciary, product specialty groups, third party vendors and other internal groups.

  • Chase Wealth Management encompasses our Chase Private Client (CPC) and Chase Investment Services businesses. Through a dedicated team of a banker and J.P. Morgan Advisor, Chase Private Client brings our affluent clients concierge banking from Chase and access to the investment expertise from J.P. Morgan. Chase Investment Services provides investment solutions to a broad range of Chase customers through Chase Investment Advisors.

As a business analyst within CWM, you will support our Retail Brokerage, RIA, Digital, and Bank Managed teams by leading projects and tool support for various initiatives. The candidate may lead multiple projects or initiatives across various geographic locations. Projects will involve participants from and have impact to functions across multiple lines of businesses. Project work typically has a substantial impact on the corporation/LOB and is geared towards revenue enhancement, cost reduction, risk mitigation, process improvement or other priorities as defined by management. Ad hoc requests in addition to scheduled activities are likely.

  • Planning and executing Small scale projects or business initiatives independently.

  • Participate in various projects to support business needs including the analysis, recommendation, and implementation of accepted solutions.

  • Well-rounded experience with managed accounts and investment products.

  • General understanding of the complex regulatory environment surrounding the Investments business.

  • Assist in the for creation and development of project plans, coordinating project status calls, delivery of periodic project status, including tracking all tasks to completion.

  • Understanding of flow of account opening and maintenance processing

  • Specific project activity may include:

  • Documenting current and future state operating models

  • Documenting policies and procedures

  • Researching and clarifying business requirements so technology can deliver appropriate technical solutions.

  • Planning and coordinating UAT and regression testing for key applications

  • Perform business analyst responsibilities to include:

  • Requirements analysis and gathering

  • Use case creation and modeling

  • UAT test execution
