Commercial Banking Client On-boarding (CBCO) group is responsible for driving and coordinating all aspects of the set up of Custom Card and Cash Management services, including working with key internal partners to ensure a best in class experience for our clients.
The Cash Management Onboarding (CMO) team plays an integral role by supporting wholesale clients in Business Banking, Private Bank and Dealer Services. CMO is seeking a highly motivated Project Associate to support the ongoing management activities in a fast paced environment. As a Project Associate, you will participate in the execution of strategies and implement tactics to drive results and meet the goals of CMO.
Development of EMRs and QBRs to provide market based information on volumes and rationale for changes in Metrics
Collect, reconcile and provide analytics on mandated deals for Onboarding and Sales metrics to produce trends
Prepare pipeline presentations for monthly sales calls
Lead and/or participate in business training initiatives to support the growth of the business
Provide support in Escalation monitoring with root cause analysis discipline to mitigate reoccurrences and monitor for ongoing success
Participate in Partners product related activities such as Stop sells and modification of specs that ensure conformance to business needs
Provide ongoing support of Quarterly Audits, SA modeling and maintenance is deal submission systems to reduce error reporting.
Provide continuous training for deal submitters through Implementation modules on National Sales calls to ensure high quality
Procedure tracking for CMO teams in the US and India to create clear and succinct delivery of information
Partner with Banking and Treasury Sales training initiatives that aligns with CMO goals
Development and maintenance of CMO Business Resiliency plans
Provide support for National Implementation Executive’s activities for CB DMO and Project Welcome Initiatives
Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience
Strong problem solving skills with proven accuracy, attention to detail and ability to identify issues and gather data to remediate
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites (Microsoft PowerPoint - PitchPro, Word and Excel)
Ability to manage priorities effectively and operate in a fast paced environment
Strong communications skills, both written and verbal, that conveys and adjust messages based on the audience
Minimum 3 years of work experience
Advance degree in Project Management discipline
Experience working in Banking and Treasury Services
Experience building business presentations
Experience managing a work-stream of a project or program initiative
