JobDescription

The Product Content Manager will support the Commercial Treasury Solutions Creative and Proposal Teams in managing the accuracy and compliance of pitch books, demos, proposals and other sales focused content. The Treasury Solutions Creative and Proposal teams use several technologies to create high quality pitch books, demos, and proposals which the Product Content Manager will be expected to understand and navigate.

The Product Content Manager will also manage administrative functions such as uploading new or updated content to content management systems. The candidate should have a strong background in writing and editing, with solid knowledge of Treasury Products and the Commercial Banking line of business.

Responsibilitiesinclude:

  • Contribute to strategicdecisions including prioritization of projects and new content for proposals.

  • Uploading andmaintaining content updates to appropriate systems.

  • Work with product,sales, and other SMEs to collaborate in the creation of proposal content fornew products and services.

  • Provide guidance andstrategic support for Proposal Knowledge Management team members oncommunications, training, and content questions.

  • Maintain, update andenhance content used for client-facing documents (RFP, pitch books and other)including accuracy, readability and positioning to help Commercial Banking winbusiness.

  • Manage content reviewcycles to ensure accuracy.

  • Manage ad hoc, off cycleupdates and corrections to content.

  • Support technicaltroubleshooting for content systems for the Proposal team.

  • Make decisions thatrequire independent thought/action, but are guided by policies or establishedpractices.

  • Demonstrate advancedknowledge of Treasury products and processes.

  • Demonstrate advancedknowledge of RFPs and the proposal process.

  • Develop an understandingof key business initiatives and provide support as required.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years ofexperience with sales or support of Treasury Products

  • A minimum of 3 yearsproposal or technical writing experience and/or support of client facingpresentations or proposals in banking/TS products.

  • Excellent businesswriting, oral communication, grammar, and organizational skills are essential

  • Experience in contentmanagement is a plus

  • Proven projectmanagement skills

  • Intermediate to advancedMicrosoft Word and PowerPoint proficiency required

  • Proven ability as aself-starter, detail oriented, and able to multi-task effectively

  • Solution orientatedmindset able to collaborate effectively with multiple teams

  • Ability to develop andmaintain a broad knowledge of Treasury products as well as the technology, ,operations processes and systems commonly used

  • Understand SharePointadministration and reporting features

  • College degree (BA orBS) required
