As Asset Managers, we:
Think specialty assets can be a valuable part of clients' overall portfolio.
Understand not all specialty assets are "good" assets for all clients, so we make recommendations about the overall desirability of each asset.
Function as investment analysts, determining whether or not an asset meets the objectives of the portfolio.
As Property Managers, we:
Handle sales, leasing, contract negotiations, capital improvements, development, repairs and maintenance, rent collection, payment of property expenses, and more.
Provide detailed accounting on a property-by-property basis.
Provide sell/hold recommendations, assist with sales, evaluate offers, value businesses, implement estate plans and support wealth transfers.
Look for ways to enhance both the value of and the return from illiquid assets.
