We’re hiring an Associate to join our Consumer Fulfillment Team here at J.P. Morgan. In this exciting role, you will support core processes and strategic initiatives across the Consumer Fulfillment organization by analyzing data, preparing reports, performing research, building tools, and forecasting all with the goal of driving better decision making. To succeed in this role, you’ll need to have a genuine interest in using data and information to solve real business challenges, strong analytical abilities, and a keen interest to make a big impact within the Consumer Fulfillment organization.

You will...

Support J.P. Morgan’s growth and success with reports, presentations and analysis to create actionable, relevant insights derived from various sources across Consumer Fulfillment.

  • Communicate findings and insights to internal teams, including Senior leadership

  • Take ownership of forecasting tools and lead the forecasting process for select groups within Consumer Fulfillment

  • Partner with colleagues in finance, technology and operations to ensure that forecasts are executing as designed and achieving the desired outcomes

  • Perform ad hoc analyses

  • 2 years of relevant work experience in an analytical capacity (preparing reports, presentations, dashboards, creating forecasts and actionable insights).

  • BA / BS degree in Business, Finance, or other quantitative field

· Fluent in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

· Strong quantitative and analytical skills, detail-oriented and proficient in building out analysis with minimal supervision

· Demonstrate an ability to effectively communicate and present results highlighting the broader commercial and strategic impact
