Global Technology Infrastructure (GTI) is seeking a Financial Analyst Associate with strong Business Management skills, whose responsibilities and tasks will include but not be limited to resource management, financial management and analysis, investment prioritization and portfolio management, location strategy, business metrics and analysis, budgeting and forecasting. The Associate reports directly to the F&BM lead for Cloud Services and Platform as a Service (PaaS).


  • Business Strategy: Assist product owners with business strategy for their technology products and services

  • Financial Management: Assist with the annual/continual financial planning activities; provide business rational and decisions for all month-end financial performance and forecasting; consult to and work with product owners on the financial performance of their product groups

  • Business Performance: Report on and monitor the key metrics, drive data quality initiatives across the product area and help define future needs of the product area

  • Investment Portfolio Mgmt: Assist in driving the engagement of the product area with the GTI Investment Portfolio Prioritization and management

  • Organize financial review and investment approval process for the Product Area

  • Resource/People/Location Mgmt: Partner with product leads and help drive the resource and location strategy for the product area

  • Efficiency: Drive productivity in F&BM and assist in driving efficiencies within the technology product area

  • Drive the monthly Business Review process for the Product Area

  • Assist with the administration and coordination of the personnel review and approval processes for the Product Area

  • Assist Manager and partner with Product Owners to accurately calculate effective rates for each product

  • Assist Manager with preparations for the annual Product Price Guide (PPG) change management process and monthly billing issue review meetings

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • 4+ years of experience

  • Needs to have financial / accounting experience

  • Essbase, Smart View, and SAP experience would be advantageous

  • Excellent spreadsheet skills

  • Excellent Power point / Pitch Pro skills

  • Ability to create ad hoc reporting

  • Logical, analytical, clear thinker

  • Strong data analytical skills

  • Ability to work autonomously and solve problems
