The Robotics & Dashboards Center of Excellence (CoE) leads initiatives across Global Finance & Business Management (GF&BM) focused on process automation and visual data consumption. The CoE also serve as innovation leaders within the data visualization space. The Dashboard CoE serves the GF&BM user community to source opportunities to deploy dashboards, run functional and technical feasibility analyses to translate the ideas into use cases and then partner with our Technology team to deliver tangible solutions. This role will focus on advancing the service offerings the Dashboards CoE provides by enhancing the existing dashboard platform (e.g. Tableau) to provide deeper, more valuable data insights to the users within GF&BM while creating a new training agenda to enable the users to develop dashboards and BI solutions on their own.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the adoption and implementation of new technologiesvia Dashboards and BI / MIS tools

  • Own client relationships between Dashboards CoE andGlobal Finance & Business Management users; translating businessrequirements into technical requirements

  • Create executive level presentations and status updatesprovided to clients and stakeholders

  • Manage and prioritize the demand pipeline for dashboarddevelopment; partner with peers on the CoE team to provide planning andimplementation support.

  • Document and distribute the overall best practices /standards for dashboards and BI / MIS tools

  • Develop and deliver training program to enable userswithin Global Finance & Business Management to utilize these toolsthemselves to drive adoption

  • Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Finance and / orTechnology

  • 5+ years of experience planning, executing, anddelivering products or solutions that require collaboration betweenmultiple people, teams, or individual processes

  • Demonstrates leadership and ability to influence todrive change, prior experience in taking products from concept torealization

  • Strong critical thinker and problem solver that thinksoutside the box to break project roadblocks

  • Past experience working in a matrix organization andworking independently are essential.

  • Excellent multi-tasking, prioritization andpresentation/demoing, and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders at allorganizational levels (senior executives to process SMEs) and partner withtechnical teams outside the CoE

  • Solution oriented and a roll up yoursleeves / ‘get it done’ attitude.

  • Excellent project management and client relationshipmanagement skills.

  • Experience with Tableau / Qlikview development a plus
