JPMorgan Chase Force for Good - Americas Program Management in Jersey City, New Jersey

The JPMorgan Chase Technology for Social Good, Diversity & Inclusion team is focused on leveraging the power of technology and people to inspire change, foster inclusion, and make a difference in our company and our communities.

The Force for Good Americas Support role will directly oversee a portfolio of social good projects in North and South America. Specific job responsibilities are outlined below:

Program Support :

Support social good and development programs geared toward working with nonprofits on technology projects. This includes the Force for Good portfolio that currently spans about 90+ projects annually and is expected to increase in size over the coming years.

  • Work closely with the global program managers in understanding program execution parameters and to provide updates and gather feedback.

  • Source and educate 400+ volunteers on annualized basis to support the Americas portfolio - serving as the advocate for the programs. Oversee onboarding processes, including leading risk & control efforts, toolkit generation, and agile program adoption.

  • Manage a portion of the Americas portfolio of projects including sourcing, onboarding, weekly reporting and monitoring, project issue identification and resolution, and offboarding

  • Manage the lead channel for the Americas NGO partnerships including sourcing leads, entering them into our central database and aligning them to potential opportunities.

  • Work closely with NGO clients on garnering interest/alignment to the program, oversee due diligence process for each new NGO partner, and oversee the contracting process

  • Plan and execute program events – including kickoff, mid-point, and showcase- across the NAMR technology hub locations

General Support:

Collaborate with the global team to execute the Technology for Social Good, Diversity & Inclusion portfolio.

  • Proven track record of success with project and/or program management

  • Strong Influencer, with excellent intrapersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Comfort with public speaking, leading webinars, large conference calls and comfortable being in front of and presenting to large audiences

  • Technology experience (either in App Dev, Business Analysis, Infrastructure or Quality Assurance) is strongly preferred

  • Ability to leverage existing or quickly develop new networks of internal and external stakeholders to drive programs

  • Passion for nonprofits and the social good sector, previous experience not a requirement but is preferred

  • Able to work autonomously, as well as a good team collaborator

  • Strategic as well as detail oriented, hands on

  • Ability to juggle multiple activity streams

  • Flexible and able to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Able to work autonomously, as well as a collaborate in a global matrix managed organization
