From managing the firm’s capital and reporting quarterly earnings to responding to and complying with regulatory requirements, more than 15,000 colleagues around the world work together every day to manage the firm's Global Finance function. Our job is to ensure the company is capable of navigating all types of market environments while maintaining a fortress balance sheet. The Finance function is a dynamic organization that plays a critical role, particularly as increasing regulatory and capital requirements change the way we do business. Planning & Analysis (P&A), in addition to CFO teams, Controllers, Business Managers and Project management, make up the majority of the Global Finance team.

The Robotics & Dashboards Center of Excellence (CoE) is leading initiatives across GF&BM focused on automating manual processes using robotics and enhanced automation techniques such as AI and Machine Learning and creating dynamic and flexible visual dashboards using Tableau. Sitting in the center, this CoE interfaces with internal clients (LOB P&A, CFO and Controller Groups) to source ideas around robotics, enhanced automation and dashboard opportunities, run functional and technical feasibility analyses, translate the ideas into use cases and partner with Technology to deliver tangible solutions against those use cases.

The Robotics and Innovation Leader of the CoE will be responsible for the end-to-end process (ideation, evaluation, technical delivery) of Robotics solutions for Global Finance and Business Management globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the existing portfolio of Robotics ideas withinGlobal Finance and see them through to execution.

  • Partner with client managers to identify and evaluate areasthat will benefit from the implementation of Robotics, Dashboards, AI andProcess Re-Engineering.

  • Provide frequent updates on Robotics progress to clientswith the CFO Organization.

  • Manage planning, testing, deployment, and user training forareas that can benefit from the enhanced technology

  • Manage the prioritization of project pipelines, mobilizationof firm resources, and risk mitigation on project deliverables.

  • Manage operating rhythms with various Technology teams topartner on key deliverables and outcomes.

  • Maintain continuous focus on providingoutstanding customer service for end users.

  • Define a sustainable bot operate strategy that is scalableacross a large portfolio of automation solutions.

  • Build and execute a Robotics training plan for all of GlobalFinance.

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience with at least 5 years ofmanaging complex projects in a technical environment

  • Good understanding ofbasic (robotics) and enhanced automation techniques (e.g. optical characterrecognition, natural language processing, machine learning, analyticalalgorithms).

  • Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Finance and/or Technologya plus

  • Proven track record in leading high performing delivery team

  • Understanding of ITautomation and system integration to drive efficiency

  • Excellentorganizational skills

  • Clear communicationskills, and the ability to articulate complex issues concisely

  • Leadership,relationship-building and influencing skills to drive agenda’s across a numberof functions
