The Corporate Third Party Oversight (CTPO) team is responsible for developing, deploying, overseeing and on-going reporting of a program that drives the effective use of third parties to accomplish JPMorgan Chase's strategic goals. This includes building awareness of the program at the firm and ensuring consistency globally across both the Lines of Business (LOBs) and corporate groups. It also includes understanding and dissemination of regulatory requirements and reporting to regulators on the program and status. The major focus of the program is to ensure our vendors are performing to the same high standards that JPMorgan Chase holds itself accountable to including client service, quality, control, regulatory compliance, business resiliency and protection of information.
This role resides within The TPO Strategy and Operations Team, which is a centralized function that leads program and business management strategy for the larger CTPO Team. The team manages program planning and execution, communications and training, financial budgeting and forecasting, and The CTPO Book of Work. In addition, the team manages a centralized change management process, and supports program compliance reviews, as well as a supplier sanctions screening process.
The business writer-information designer will be responsible for the design and creation of executive level presentations for senior management. Creating engaging content and utilizing innovative tools will provide for polished storytelling to be used both inside and outside the firm. This role will interact with various levels of senior management, as well as operational and technical experts to visualize and produce new concepts in a clear, concise manner. A working knowledge of supplier management principles will provide for a solid foundation in being able to craft meaningful content for a variety of audiences. The audience could vary from presentations to the operating committee, and other internal key stakeholders, to government agencies who oversee/regulate supplier management/third party oversight activities for financial institutions.
Successful candidates will possess excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated communication skills with respect to business writing, proofreading, and editing of content from within the larger team. A knack for understanding and visualizing new concepts is key in ensuring content is delivered in a professional manner. This role requires an in-depth working knowledge of PowerPoint, and other leading edge presentation tools.
Business Writer / Information Designer with 7+ years of experience, preferably in management consulting, news industry or the financial services industry
Able to capture complex ideas and present in clear, concise and engaging manner
Business acumen in understanding and tailoring written communications for senior management
Demonstrated ability with written communications; including impeccable grammar, content editing and proofreading
Proficiency in understanding and visualizing new concepts
Talent and passion for visualizing information and storytelling
